CAST Alimenti (Centro Arte, Scienza e Tecnologia degli Alimenti – Food Art, Science and Technology Centre) is a Higher Education Centre based in Brescia, founded in 1997, which trains its students in the culinary arts such as cooking and pastry and in the management of the entire hospitality industry.

The faculty consists of a rich faculty made up of professionals, chefs and masters among the best in the sector. The teaching method is based on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge combined with continuous practice as an accelerator of skills through lectures, laboratory exercises, service simulation, educational outings and special projects.
